1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "kk444", "platform", and "site" refer to the website https://kk444app.cam and all services under it. "Member" or "user" refers to any person who has registered or is in the process of registering on this site. "We" and "our" refer to the kk444 management authority.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, from the same device, or among members of the same household, all accounts will be suspended and the associated deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The full name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Creating an account with incorrect or false information may block the withdrawal process. If documents are requested for verification, they must be submitted within the specified time.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Approved Methods

The currently approved methods for deposit and withdrawal on kk444 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Funds sent through any method other than these are not accepted and there is no guarantee of a refund.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if a verification process is ongoing or an account is under review, this time may increase.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered in the member's account. Withdrawal requests to a third party's number are not accepted. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been completed.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; before withdrawing, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• After claiming a bonus, you cannot claim the next bonus until the wagering requirement for the current one has been met.
• The bonus balance is spent first; the original deposited funds are used after.
• kk444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus that appears to be connected to fraudulent activity.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.

4.3 Other Promotions

The weekly reload festival, cricket deposit rewards, referral bonus, birthday gift, and Slot Tuesday bonus — each has its own terms and wagering requirements, which are detailed on the respective promotion page. The general rules under these Terms and Conditions will apply.

5 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

5.1 List of Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Operating bets or games using bots, automation software, or artificial methods.
• Placing low-risk opposing bets ("arbitrage") for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical flaw or bug in the platform to gain money.
• Operating an account under someone else's identity or a false identity.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources.

5.2 What Happens if Fraud is Found

An account may be temporarily suspended during an investigation. If fraud is proven in the investigation, all winnings and bonuses will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

kk444's VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is provided at each level based on weekly net losses.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback on weekly net losses.

For example, a Silver member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. There are no wagering requirements on cashback. The criteria for level changes are determined by the authority and reviewed regularly.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

kk444 follows a clear policy regarding the collection, storage, and use of members' personal information. Full details of how your information is used, where it is stored, and under what circumstances it may be shared with third parties can be found in our Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. Documents collected for member identity verification are used only for that purpose and are not sold to third parties.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to temporarily or permanently close their account through 24/7 live chat. Before the account is closed, any ongoing bets will be settled and the withdrawable balance will be sent.

8.2 Closure by Authority Decision

If these rules are violated, suspicious activity is observed, or applicable regulations require it, kk444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice. In such cases, the member will be informed by email.

11 Changes to Terms and Conditions

kk444 reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a site notification.

Continuing to use the site after a change is made will be taken to mean the member has agreed to the new terms. If a member does not agree to the new terms, they may request account closure.

11.1 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes between kk444 and its members will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion.
